Between 2019 and 2021, I led a major CRM transformation for a mid-sized Czech fintech company.
The goal: consolidate several disconnected applications used by Operations, Back Office, Collections, and Call Center into a unified CRM platform based on Salesforce.
As the project’s architect, developer, and delivery lead, I:
